Your computer has several different options for casting your screen to the projector(s). These can be changed by holding down the Windows Key and pressing P, then clicking on the desired option.

There will be several options to choose from. “PC Screen Only” will disable video output. “Duplicate” will cause the projector to mirror whatever is on your computer screen.
“Extend” will cause the projector to act as a second monitor. “Second Screen Only” will disable your computer screen and only display on the projector.
There are several common issues that one can encounter when using the projectors. Here are some of them, and how to resolve them.
An input signal not being detected by the projector is typically caused by an unplugged or loose HDMI cable. Make sure that all of your cables are fully plugged into their ports. Additionally, make sure that the display output is correctly configured by pressing Windows + P and making sure that the desired option is selected.
There can be several factors that prevent projector speakers from working properly. If you can’t hear the projector speakers or the audio is being played from multiple different locations, check your volume settings.
First, click on the speaker icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.

The currently selected audio device should pop up. If you click the arrow next to the device’s name, all speakers will pop up, and you can adjust their volume as desired.

Considine Hall lecterns have several functions to assist with presenting to your class. Here is a general rundown of how to use them.
To connect a lectern to your computer, pull out the central connector (HDMI), and plug it into your computer. If you want to connect to Ethernet, pull out the cable on the right, and do the same thing.
Once you’re done with the connectors, unplug them from your computer and press the button underneath the cable holders. This will allow you to retract the cables.

When you’re all done, press the “Power” button and end your session. The projector will automatically turn off, and the screen will automatically raise back up.
Connecting your computer to a docking station
To connect your computer to a docking station, you must first plug the station into a power supply. The barrel end goes into the barrel-shaped port on the dock.

Once the dock has power, you can power it on by pressing the power button on top of the dock and plug it in to your computer using the attached USB-C cable. The power button should be lit up white.
Once your station is ready to go, you can plug in up to four displays (one HDMI, two DisplayPort, one USB-C), four USB devices (such as keyboards, mice, or thumb drives), and Ethernet, and they will all connect to your computer. The dock will also charge your computer.
While the dock can be attached to four displays, your computer may not be able to put out video to that many at a time.
