1. How to Download Recordings from the Zoom site
- Sign in to the LSSU Zoom web portal at: https://zoom.us/signin#/login
- Choose the SSO icon

- Type in lssu in the Company domain field and select the Continue button

- Select Ok in the Select a certificate window that opens

- Type in your LSSU userid - the first part of your email address without the @lssu.edu inthe first field. Type in the password that you type to access your LSSU issued computer. Select the Sign in button

- In the navigation menu, click Recordings & Transcripts .

- Click the Cloud Recordings tab.

- Find the recording you want to download and click the meeting topic - see red arrow.

- Click the Download button. You will be able to download several different file types depending on your recording settings:

- Select the Download button

- Navigate to the folder where your files were downloaded.

The three files downloaded are:
- Shared screen with speaker view : An MP4 video file containing both the audio and video from the meeting.
- Audio only : An M4A audio file containing only the captured sound.
- Chat text : A TXT file containing a transcript of the in-meeting chat.Now that you have a local copy saved to your computer, you can safely remove the original file from the cloud.
2. How to Delete A Single Recording from the Zoom Site
Follow directions on page one on signing into the LSSU Zoom web portal and following the information presented below:
- In the navigation menu, click Recordings & Transcripts.

- Click the Cloud Recordings tab.

- To the right of the cloud recording you want to delete, click More, then choose Delete from the dropdown.

- In the confirmation pop-up, click Move to Trash.

3. Deleting Multiple Cloud Recordings at Once
Follow directions on page one on signing into the LSSU Zoom web portal and following the information presented below:
- In the navigation menu, click Recordings.

- Click the Cloud Recordings tab.

- Change to List view, see red arrow #1. Select the checkboxes next to the recordings you want to delete. Click on the Delete button.

- In the confirmation pop-up, click Move to Trash.

- Depending on the recording's size, the system might take some time to delete it.

- Refresh the screen updates the listing of the recordings
